Glass is not allowed in the pool areas, and quiet hours are enforced. --- Parking Information • Parking is available directly in front of the townhome. • Maximum parking is typically limited to 2 vehicles per unit. • No RVs, trailers, boats, allowed unless approved by the HOA. • Do not park in grass or block neighboring driveways. Vehicles may be towed at owner’s expense. During peak season, parking rules are strictly enforced by the HOA, so please follow all posted signage. Beach Access Cassine Gardens does not have private deeded beach access, but there are several nearby public beach accesses along 30A just a short bike ride or walk away.
