Starter essentials provided 30A Beach Stays provides a starter supply to get you settled: Full bath: • Travel-size shampoo • Travel-size conditioner • Hand/face bar • Massage body bar • Two rolls of toilet paper Additional baths: • Hand soap • Two rolls of toilet paper Kitchen: • Two dishwasher pods • Two laundry pods • One sponge • Small dish soap • One roll of paper towels Trash: • A few liners for bathroom and kitchen bins These are starter supplies only. For longer stays, we’re happy to recommend nearby grocery stores and local favorites. Important notes • A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in and must be completed by the primary booking guest • Primary guest must be 25 or older • Guests ages 18–24 with no one over 25 in the group will be required to pay a security deposit • A golf cart agreement must be signed before the golf cart access code is shared • A $150 nonrefundable pet fee per approved dog applies. Service animals are exempt • Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance Safety and security Exterior security cameras are in place for safety purposes only. Cameras are exterior-use only and record video and audio when motion is detected. House rules Booking confirms agreement to the following: • Rental agreement must be signed before check-in • No smoking of any kind inside or outside the home • Approved pets only per pet policy • No parties or events without prior written approval • Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM • Maximum occupancy must be respected • Guest count must be disclosed accurately at booking • Parking rules must be followed.
