30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay: We’ve stocked the home with starter essentials: ☼ Full Bath: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, hand/face bar, massage body bar, 2 toilet paper rolls ☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels ☼ Trash Bags: A few liners per bathroom & kitchen bins If you're staying longer or need more supplies, we're happy to recommend nearby grocery stores and local shops. ☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest who booked. ☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit. ☼ No pets allowed. ☼ Beach rules only allow umbrellas up to 7 feet. Tents, canopies, and cabanas are prohibited. ☼ Stairs are required to access the unit from the parking area.
