Lovely Old Grayton Beach townhouse. Updated, nicely furnished and plenty of supplies. I have stayed in this townhouse before, but WOW what a great updated townhouse it is now! I never needed to communicate with the management because directions were clear, everything worked and ample supplies. I brought beach chairs, beach towels and a wake board, but didn’t need to as the townhouse had plenty. Thank you and I hope to rent this unit again next year! We had the best time at Serendipity at Saltwater, it was perfect for our family with adult children. The house was immaculate and communication with Ali and her team at 30a Beach Stays was awesome. The location was perfect- quiet street a quick stroll down to the beach access, a bike ride over to Seaside and a few blocks up the road from Publix. Plenty of parking at the house, beautiful pool, kitchen was nicely stocked, pool towels provided, three sets of laundry machines, and the massive pantry with ice machine!! The only thing we could have wished for was a few less days of rain ;-) We rent on 30a each year and my first stop next year will be at 30a Beach Stays!

We had the most incredible time at Lone Palm! The house was just as described. Everything felt clean and spacious. The kitchen was perfect for us since we chose to cook several meals. The beds were extremely comfortable. We brought our own supplies for the beach, but this rental had a multitude of things to choose from…anything from chairs to toys! My husband and my daughter‘s boyfriend had such a great time on the E bikes. We brought our golf cart, but even if we hadn’t, the house is just a short walk to the beach. It was the perfect location and made for a perfect stay! We would definitely recommend and we would most certainly stay there again. Thank you to the hosts for a great experience!

We had a wonderful vacation and the house was fully equipped and the property management team was great. The only 2 negatives would be the driveway with the fencing was an extremely tight space for a large SUV to back out, pull in, or to enter/exit vehicle. The other negative would be the bunk bed room should really be listed as a small space for small kids only. There was no place to put teenagers luggage and it was hard for them to fit in bunks.

We had an absolute wonderful stay. So close to the beach! All the outdoor living was wonderful for our crew of 7 including 5 teens. The pool was shaded in the afternoon/evening after a long beach day. My husband and I enjoyed the privacy of being on the back street and watched the deer come behind the pool each morning. We definitely plan to return. We have been coming to Florida in various locations since 2003 and this has been our favorite place to stay. Getting to Destin or PCB is easy enough if the teens wanted to do some excursions. We explored each beach town along 30A.

We will definitely be staying at Splash on Ash again! The house was perfect and had everything we needed! The location was great for the beach, hiking, biking, and restaurants. Ali at 30A Beach Stays was so responsive to my emails and their TouchStay Guidebook had every detail we needed!

This condo was perfect for just the two of us! It had everything that we needed for the week. We love the location and the ability to walk to so many great places. We will definitely be back!

We appreciated the access this home gave. We have stayed at other places with a "heated pool" that we could not control. I did not want to abuse the privilege, but I was grateful for the trust to control the temperature settings to our individual comfort. The information and link given prior to our stay was as described, down to the amenities that were provided (e..g number of laundry pods). This made packing a breeze. We should have used the golf cart sooner and explored the area, but our water baby loved the pool. Appreciated the smart tvs for football season. The closest beach access was a beautiful stretch of soft, white sand. You do have to use a regular vehicle to cross at the closest beach access, but that was just fine at a 2 minute drive away. We used the golf cart to go to Lake Powell and the Donut Hole, which was buzzing every morning. A cool area that you can tell will be developing fast. The owners made a wise purchase. The lot was spacious, open but still private the way it was situated.

The house is a great location and perfect for 10 people! It’s in the most adorable neighborhood, just a few blocks from the beach. Quiet street, clean home, large table for dining and card games, plenty of seating, cooking utensils, bathroom essentials, it was convenient and comfy. Communication was great from the time we booked it until the time we departed.

This property is nothing short of AMAZING! A stunning home with high-end finishes, everything was superb—spacious, impeccably clean, so comfortable, and truly there wasn’t a single detail overlooked in the design and setup of this home. They have thought of everything to make your stay feel luxurious and worry-free. Alexandra and her team were super responsive to our questions leading up to our stay and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for our group. Fantastic location just a straight, short walk to the beach and right in the middle of so many great shops and restaurants. The golf carts made getting around so easy. Cannot recommend this listing highly enough!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
