30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay: We’ve stocked the home with starter essentials: ☼ Full Bath: Travel Size shampoo, conditioner, hand/face bar, massage body bar, 2 toilet paper rolls ☼ Half Bath: Hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls ☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels ☼ Trash Bags: A few liners per bathroom & kitchen bins If you're staying longer or need more of anything, let us know — we're happy to recommend the closest grocery or convenience stores! ☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked. ☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit. ☼ A golf cart agreement must also be signed before we can share the key code for the golf carts. You'll receive a link to this agreement in your check-in message. ☼ No pets allowed. Additional fees apply for any non-service animals brought onto the property. Beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood! Just a short drive over to Seaside, our favorite, on the provided golf cart! We also loved the bikes provided and biked a lot in the area. So many close beaches, and also we took advantage of the beautiful pool in the neighborhood. Would HIGHLY recommend! Hosts are very nice and welcoming, so much extras provided! We had an amazing stay here!❤️

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at the Blue Pelican in BMB! The house was beautiful and spacious and provided a lot of great amenities. We made good use of the well-equipped large kitchen, grill, backyard patio and front porch. The neighborhood was quiet and very family oriented. The golf cart was a super fun and convient way to get to the beach, the resort-style pool, and to local restaurants, bakery and ice cream shops. We are so happy we chose this house and the BMB area for our family vacation! We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This was my families first visit to 30A, and we had an amazing time at this beautiful beach home! We absolutely loved how spacious the house was—it gave everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The amenities were top-notch and truly made our stay comfortable and stress-free. One of our favorite features was the golf cart—it made getting to the beach and exploring nearby spots so easy and fun. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it feel like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! We loved having the blue mountain creamery and bakery close by and the golf cart made it even easier getting there. Also, check out “For The Health Of It” grocery store, it was awesome! We would rent again in the future.
