We had a wonderful stay. Our group loved the location being a very short walk to the beach. The home was clean and extremely well stocked compared to other homes in the area. We needed a few things while there and the host was very responsive. It is perfect for large groups and we would absolutely stay again!

Ali’s place was perfect for our vacation! It’s a short walk to the public access beach and came equipped with beach chairs, an umbrella and bikes! We had a great stay

Our stay was wonderful! The house couldn't have been in a more perfect location - shaded street, convenient to the beach, lots of outdoor space to enjoy the weather. The house itself was immaculate - clean, organized, well stocked with everything you need for the beach (extra towels, boogie boards, chairs, etc.) and cooking! Beds were comfortable and there was tons of space to both visit with family and retreat to your own space. The provided golf cart and bikes were so appreciated and really adds so much value to what you are getting in the cost. When we did have a question, the hosts were very responsive and helpful! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The entire family loved it!!

Host was very responsive, when we ran out of basics they were quick to respond and send replacements. I.e. paper towels, dishwasher soap. I would recommend bringing your own salt/pepper or any spices you might need. No need to bring sand toys for the kids, those were provided, Bikes were great to have on site, golf cart was perfect. The house was beautiful and accommodated three families well. Walkable distance to restaurants and very close to the beach. Trolley was a great convenience for the community.A very beautiful neighborhood. So quaint . Loved the screened in back porch. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood! Just a short drive over to Seaside, our favorite, on the provided golf cart! We also loved the bikes provided and biked a lot in the area. So many close beaches, and also we took advantage of the beautiful pool in the neighborhood. Would HIGHLY recommend! Hosts are very nice and welcoming, so much extras provided! We had an amazing stay here!❤️

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt so warm and inviting from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect — centrally located and convenient to everything we wanted to do. What truly made our stay special were the thoughtful touches from the hosts that made us feel so welcome and cared for. They were also incredibly communicative, responsive, and genuinely wonderful throughout our stay. You can tell they put a lot of care into creating a great experience for their guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a phenomenal experience during our stay at this property. We’ve been to 30A many times and I can honestly say that this was our best experience. The house is lovely. You can tell that they have thought everything through to make their guests comfortable. The house was stocked with beach towels & beach chairs which was such a nice touch - they haven’t missed a beat. The house is a short walk or bike ride to the beach & restaurants. The pool, hot tub & built in grill were fantastic. I would highly recommend this property. Ali the manager made sure to check in on us to ensure that we were having a fantastic experience and her communication was top notch from start to finish. Thanks again for such a wonderful stay! We will be back again!

This 30A beach stay condo was the perfect place for our vacation! The condo was right by the beach and nestled in a section of town that gave us the best of both worlds, as we could get to the beach with ease and also escape to the condo to rest! The place also provided plenty of thoughtful amenities, like toilet paper, body wash, and laundry soap. Chairs and a wagon for use at the private Gulf Place beach (which was not over crowded) were also provided. The place was clean and had comfy beds. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in this area! Side note: the condo is located in building 31 of the complex. There are not listed numbers on the buildings so it is much better to say it's the building that shares the parking lot with the bank. If you need directions the host is super responsive and helped us find our way!

The place was beautiful and clean! There were a lot of fun things to do, everyone had fun on the e-bikes and playing spike ball, and beds were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend this home for a fun time with friends or family!!

As a family of 4 with 2 small children, we enjoyed every second of our stay here! The beach was about a 3-4 minute walk, and y he hosts provided all needed beach essentials (wagon, chairs, blanket, umbrella, towels, and more). The house itself was comfortable, pristine, and had everything we could’ve possibly needed. We encountered some severe weather during our stay and the hosts responded immediately and went the extra mile to ensure our safety. The location was close to everything we needed: beach, pool, coffee shops, pizza, ice cream, groceries. We also loved being just a short ride to rosemary beach and seaside. We are already dreaming about our next stay here. 5 stars all around!
