This 30A beach stay condo was the perfect place for our vacation! The condo was right by the beach and nestled in a section of town that gave us the best of both worlds, as we could get to the beach with ease and also escape to the condo to rest! The place also provided plenty of thoughtful amenities, like toilet paper, body wash, and laundry soap. Chairs and a wagon for use at the private Gulf Place beach (which was not over crowded) were also provided. The place was clean and had comfy beds. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in this area! Side note: the condo is located in building 31 of the complex. There are not listed numbers on the buildings so it is much better to say it's the building that shares the parking lot with the bank. If you need directions the host is super responsive and helped us find our way!

We loved this place!! The condo was very clean and was stocked with essentials that we needed during our stay. We loved that they had a beach wagon, chairs, beach towels, etc. It was nice to have a covered and assigned parking spot as well. We have stayed other places in Gulf place and this is by far the best one. The host was extremely responsive whenever we had any questions. We would definitely go back!

What a wonderful beach rental with the perfect location and heated pool! The beach is literally across the street. Several coffee spots right next door . The owner was very responsive as well. My family and I had a great time and look forward to returning in the future, thanks!!!

The place was absolutely beautiful and very clean! Location was great - easy to get to the beach and some local restaurants. Took us a minute to figure out which building was ours and where the pools were located, but the host was super quick to help us and get us situated! Highly recommend!

The place was even better than the pictures, which looked great. Very nice looking place inside. Amazing location. We were very happy and will likely come back in the future.
