The place was beautiful and clean! There were a lot of fun things to do, everyone had fun on the e-bikes and playing spike ball, and beds were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend this home for a fun time with friends or family!!

This property is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We love brining our 2 dogs to the beach with us and this house was perfect. There were plenty of dog related supplies, a spacious back yard, and outdoor shower to wash our pups off before coming inside to relax at the end of a great beach day! We will certainly be back!

Me and my wife stayed for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The house was so pretty and clean. The host was phenomenal. She replied almost instantly every time we text. Every appliance she said would be there, was there. We loved the e-bikes! The neighbors were very friendly and it just felt like a safe neighborhood.

Place was just as described - Pictures were very accurate. The master bedroom is cozy and private. Nice open kitchen and 2 coffee pots. Plenty of towels for going to the beach. They have a wagon & chairs that you can use for the beach. 2 electric bikes even though we didn't use them. There is construction right next door but they work quiet and during the day so it's not disturbing... they are very friendly. Most importantly the host was AMAZING!!! We always received a quick response and she was very helpful. Would highly recommend staying with 30A and we will be using them in the future.

This was my first time ever using Airbnb and it was a great experience, the host was very nice and responsive. Communication was excellent if I have any questions or any message to send she would respond in under 10 minutes every time. The house was perfectly described. Was a great location. It’s like a five minute walk to the beach. Amenities were nice. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend. 10/10. Would book from them in future.

very nice place to stay! 1 minute drive to the beach or 5 minute walk! Really close to pretty much any direction of popular places. had a nice front porch to relax on! The only downside, which is listed in the description, is the construction going on. It’s directly next to and in front of the Airbnb. Super loud and dusty when they’re working.
