30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay: We’ve stocked the home with starter essentials: ☼ Full Bath: Travel Size shampoo, conditioner, hand/face bar, massage body bar, 2 toilet paper rolls ☼ Half Bath: Hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls ☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels ☼ Trash Bags: A few liners per bathroom & kitchen bins If you're staying longer or need more of anything, let us know — we're happy to recommend the closest grocery or convenience stores! ☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked. ☼ A golf cart agreement must also be signed before we can share the key code for the golf carts. We had a wonderful stay. Our group loved the location being a very short walk to the beach. The home was clean and extremely well stocked compared to other homes in the area. We needed a few things while there and the host was very responsive. It is perfect for large groups and we would absolutely stay again!

We stayed for a month and have only positives to say about this house. The heated pool was used daily by our kids and the easy walk to the beach access was our favorite part. The location can’t be beat! Easy to walk to dinner and ice cream. Our family enjoyed daily golf cart rides, which was a wonderful addition. The home is private and well stocked. The property managers were responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay!

We had an amazing stay! Communication with the host was quick, clear, and super easy, which made everything stress-free from start to finish. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and the pool was a wonderful bonus for relaxing after a day in the sun. Beautiful, spacious house with lovely decor and furnishings. Very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our family trip amazing. The description of the house was exactly as posted as well as the pictures. Ali was a great host and was quick on responding to any questions we had and took care of any needs that arose. Would definitely recommend for a large gathering. Very convenient to the beach and most conveniences in Santa Rosa. The 2 golf carts, many beach chairs and beach toys were awesome for our family of 17 trip!

This property is nothing short of AMAZING! A stunning home with high-end finishes, everything was superb—spacious, impeccably clean, so comfortable, and truly there wasn’t a single detail overlooked in the design and setup of this home. They have thought of everything to make your stay feel luxurious and worry-free. Alexandra and her team were super responsive to our questions leading up to our stay and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for our group. Fantastic location just a straight, short walk to the beach and right in the middle of so many great shops and restaurants. The golf carts made getting around so easy. Cannot recommend this listing highly enough!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
