This rental was amazing! Location was incredible, so close to public beach access and other parts of 30A! Right in the middle of Rosemary and Seaside - just a 10 minute drive each direction. The house was very clean! Having the option to have the pool or easy beach access was the best part. Having this house right across the street (walking distance) to the big chill was also amazing for us with a toddler needing quick, easy meals! We will definitely be back! Bring your own pillow and blanket if wanted, as there aren’t extras and the bedding is very thin! Also, the rooms stay pretty light as there are windows at the top of the walls of the master bedroom, that do now have blinds… Otherwise, amazing rental and we will rent again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was exactly as described. The house was clean and beautiful, and came with all the perfect amenities we needed for a family of 5. The beach chairs, wagon, fishing pole, etc… came in very handy. The pool is gorgeous! Everyone is very friendly, and it’s quiet. We will definitely be back! Thank you for hosting our family. We had the most wonderful vacation!
