30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay: We’ve stocked the home with starter essentials: ☼ Full Bath: Travel Size shampoo, conditioner, hand/face bar, massage body bar, 2 toilet paper rolls ☼ Half Bath: Hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls ☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels ☼ Trash Bags: A few liners per bathroom & kitchen bins If you're staying longer or need more of anything, let us know — we're happy to recommend the closest grocery or convenience stores! ☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked. ☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit. ☼ A golf cart agreement must also be signed before we can share the key code for the golf carts. You'll receive a link to this agreement in your check-in message. ☼ A $150 pet fee per pet is required for approved furry friends. This fee does not apply to service animals. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet! Had a blast .. everything was great.. would stay again.. host was responsive .. and quickly ... glad to see a place that allows our dogs who are family as well .. close to beach and lots to do.. beach cart was a plus for sure .. thank you again for your hospitality...

We appreciated the access this home gave. We have stayed at other places with a "heated pool" that we could not control. I did not want to abuse the privilege, but I was grateful for the trust to control the temperature settings to our individual comfort. The information and link given prior to our stay was as described, down to the amenities that were provided (e..g number of laundry pods). This made packing a breeze. We should have used the golf cart sooner and explored the area, but our water baby loved the pool. Appreciated the smart tvs for football season. The closest beach access was a beautiful stretch of soft, white sand. You do have to use a regular vehicle to cross at the closest beach access, but that was just fine at a 2 minute drive away. We used the golf cart to go to Lake Powell and the Donut Hole, which was buzzing every morning. A cool area that you can tell will be developing fast. The owners made a wise purchase. The lot was spacious, open but still private the way it was situated.

This home was perfect for my family of nine. The rooms were spacious and the center of the home was perfect for evening meals and late night movies. Loved the pool and hot tub. The fire pit area in the back yard was a great place to hang out! We used the golf cart to head down to the beach in the evening to catch the sunset. Didn’t use the kayak or flat board but they are there if you have a way to get them to an entry point. There is a park pretty close to launch off if that’s what you like to do. Thank you for a great stay and opening your home to my family. We had a great vacation!

We had a great time at the Surf Shack! Our dog enjoyed the backyard, the pool was nice and warm, & the golf cart was fun to get to a few restaurants nearby!
