Inside, Beach Song offers three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and comfortable sleeping for up to ten guests. The open living and dining space is bright and welcoming, the kitchen is fully updated with brand new stainless steel appliances, and every bedroom has its own TV. Outside, a huge deck sets the scene for morning coffee, post-beach hangs, and relaxed evenings under the stars. 30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay: We’ve stocked the home with starter essentials: ☼ Full Bath: Travel Size shampoo, conditioner, hand/face bar, massage body bar, 2 toilet paper rolls ☼ Half Bath: Hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls ☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels ☼ Trash Bags: A few liners per bathroom & kitchen bins If you're staying longer or need more of anything, let us know — we're happy to recommend the closest grocery or convenience stores! ☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked. ☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit.

This house is in a great location and is very clean. We walked to a coffee shop and a wonderful Italian restaurant. We will definitely request this house next time we are traveling to this area. It is great!

The house was beautiful with a great deck for visiting, grilling and evening firepit conversation. Parking in the area, even disabled, for shopping or beach is limited. The bikes were available to us but we ended up not using. It was our first time in 30A so we got an overview of the areas . The beach could have been accessed by walking more like 20 + minutes or biking and beach wagon, chairs etc were available. Overall great experience. 5-10 minute drive to restaurants.

Such a fun stay. Place was great and the host was super responsive and helpful—from accommodating an early check-in to quickly answering questions we asked. Location is great and easy to get to surrounding areas. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than we expected—but that could be because we took a route that wasn’t the “10-minute walk” mentioned in the description. It took us about 25 minutes to walk to the nearest public beach. (Bikes would have got us there in 10 minutes!) Overall, a great place, a fun stay, and definitely would do it again!

Absolutely gorgeous, great surroundings and great ice cream shoppe next door! Layout was awesome and is great for a family or romantic getaway. All the accessories you need were right in the house; bikes, umbrellas, chairs and towels for the beach, grill and deck for dinner, beautiful deep bath tub for a soak after a day at the beach. Love this place! Thank you 😁🫶🏽
