Bunk Room Two twin over queen bunk beds. Ideal for kids, teens, or multiple couples. This room comfortably sleeps six. Living Area Open concept living with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. Perfect for gathering after the beach. Kitchen Fully stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. Includes cookware, dish ware, coffee maker, and starter essentials. Pet Policy We are pet friendly. Up to two dogs are allowed with a $150 non refundable fee per pet. Guests must notify us prior to arrival if bringing a pet. All HOA rules regarding pets must be followed. Guest Access & Parking Guests have full access to the home and community amenities. Parking Limitations Only the number of vehicles corresponding to the issued parking placards, including any rented LSVs, may be parked within the community. Any additional vehicles must be stored off site. Driveway parking only. No street parking allowed. Access details and door codes are sent prior to arrival. Important Information Primary renter must be 25 years of age. Guests under 25 may be considered with prior written acknowledgment and an additional security deposit. No parties or events. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Guest Compliance All guests must comply with the Forest Lakes Neighborhood Summary of Rules for Short Term and Long Term Rentals. A copy of these rules is posted within the property and must be followed at all times. This is a residential HOA community and guests are expected to respect neighbors and posted guidelines. Area Highlights 30A is known for its sugar white sand and emerald waters, boutique shopping, and coastal dining. Multiple public beach accesses line the 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. Snorkelers can visit the Sea Turtle Reef near Grayton Beach State Park, located approximately 783 feet offshore in 12 to 19 feet of water. We recommend using a paddle-board or kayak, as Gulf conditions can change quickly.

The house and location were perfect for our family getaway. We were joining extended family who had 3 houses on the beach and our location was a short distance away tucked in among the trees offering a quiet retreat from the high energy beach goers. The houses in this community are so well positioned to maintain many of the original old growth trees - a credit to the planners. Walking paths and open green spaces make this community an oasis while being so close to the beach and the retail/restaurant areas. I was sadly under the weather with a chest cold but would have otherwise loved to hop on one of the provided bikes and take in the area on two wheels. The big swing on the front porch became my refuge for one day as I weathered the worst of my cold. It was a perfect spot to rest, read, sleep and still feel like I was on vacation. Other than the challenge of only 2 parking spaces for cars, the 3 sisters and 2 husbands were delighted to spend 4 days in this wooded retreat.

Hallie’s House is ideally located for easy access to everything along 30A. With 4 bikes included, guests can quickly ride to Gulf View Heights beach access, explore the 30A bike path, or head toward Gulf Place for dining and shopping. The paved bike trail runs parallel to 30A and connects many of the nearby beach communities. Driving is also convenient. You are: • Less than 5 minutes to the beach • About 5 minutes to Gulf Place • 10 to 15 minutes to Grayton Beach and Seaside • 20 to 25 minutes to Rosemary Beach Two parking spaces are available in the driveway. Only vehicles with issued parking placards, including rented LSVs, are allowed within the community. Additional vehicles must be stored off site. Ride share services are available but can be limited during peak season, so having a vehicle is recommended.
