30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay: We’ve stocked the home with starter essentials: ☼ Full Bath: Travel Size shampoo, conditioner, hand/face bar, massage body bar, 2 toilet paper rolls ☼ Half Bath: Hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls ☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels ☼ Trash Bags: A few liners per bathroom & kitchen bins If you're staying longer or need more of anything, let us know, we're happy to recommend the closest grocery or convenience stores! ☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked. ☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit. For your safety, we have exterior cameras that record audio and video only when motion is detected. ☼ EXTERIOR USE ONLY ☼

We had a phenomenal experience during our stay at this property. We’ve been to 30A many times and I can honestly say that this was our best experience. The house is lovely. You can tell that they have thought everything through to make their guests comfortable. The house was stocked with beach towels & beach chairs which was such a nice touch - they haven’t missed a beat. The house is a short walk or bike ride to the beach & restaurants. The pool, hot tub & built in grill were fantastic. I would highly recommend this property. Ali the manager made sure to check in on us to ensure that we were having a fantastic experience and her communication was top notch from start to finish. Thanks again for such a wonderful stay! We will be back again!

Me and my girlfriends stayed here for my 40th Birthday celebration! We had seven ladies and everyone had their own room and bathroom. The pool, hot tub, golf cart, and bikes were all so much fun! The hosts were super responsive, friendly, and and helpful! It's super close to the beach and local bar/restaurants. We would absolutely love to stay again in the future! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Our stay at Ali’s place in Santa Rosa Beach was easily the highlight of our trip! From the moment we booked, communication was seamless and welcoming. When we arrived, we were amazed with the attention to detail the house has, from the kitchen to the pool and spa. The golf cart and bikes made it easy to get the beach quickly or local restaurants such as Shelbys or Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar.The space itself was immaculate and even more beautiful than the photos—it felt like a true home away from home. If you’re looking for a host who genuinely cares about your experience, look no further. We will be back and can't wait to book with Ali again!

Everything is as described and pictured. Great location to beach, but in a quiet neighborhood. The bikes were great for the kids to be able to get around. Multiple options for beach access within biking distance. Very responsive host.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at 30A SeaCroft Soleli, hosted by Ali and Luke. It was the perfect winter getaway for our extended family of adults and kids. The home was very clean, modern, and exactly as described. Each main bedroom having its own bathroom was incredibly convenient, and the three-story layout gave everyone space to gather or enjoy privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, spices, and useful appliances, making family meals easy. The location was excellent—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and situated on a quiet cul-de-sac that felt safe for children. We loved having access to beach gear, as well as relaxing in the heated pool and hot tub. The games and entertainment were also a big hit. Ali and Luke were fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and organized. Check-in was simple, and everything exceeded expectations. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property.
