Parking Notice: Please read carefully before booking. Summer’s Edge has extremely limited parking. This neighborhood was designed long before large SUVs and multi-car family trips became common, and parking is strictly enforced. • Only 2 vehicles approved for this home may be parked at the property. • No street parking is allowed at any time. • No parking in empty lots, along green spaces, or in front of other homes. • No RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles. • Vehicles parked improperly may be ticketed or towed at the guest’s expense. We strongly recommend carpooling and planning ahead. Summer’s Edge is very walkable and bike-friendly, and many guests find they do not need to drive once they arrive. Failure to follow parking rules can result in HOA fines and possible termination of your stay without refund. Thank you for respecting the neighborhood and our neighbors.

30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay: We’ve stocked the home with starter essentials: ☼ Full Bath: Travel Size shampoo, conditioner, hand/face bar, massage body bar,body soap, makeup wipe and 2 toilet paper rolls ☼ Half Bath: Hand soap, lotion, makeup wipe, 2 toilet paper rolls ☼ Kitchen: 4 dishwasher pods, 4 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, 2 rolls of paper towel, Coffee kit with pods and grounds to start off your first morning ☼ Trash Bags: A few liners per bathroom & kitchen bins If you're staying longer or need more of anything, let us know and we're happy to recommend the closest grocery or convenience stores! ☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked. ☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit. ☼ EXTERIOR USE ONLY ☼ For your safety, we have exterior cameras that record audio and video only when motion is detected.
