This neighborhood was designed long before large SUVs and multi-car family trips became common, and parking is strictly enforced. • Only 2 vehicles approved for this home may be parked at the property. • No street parking is allowed at any time. • No parking in empty lots, along green spaces, or in front of other homes. • No RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles. • Vehicles parked improperly may be ticketed or towed at the guest’s expense. We strongly recommend carpooling and planning ahead. Summer’s Edge is very walkable and bike-friendly, and many guests find they do not need to drive once they arrive.
