We’ve stayed a lot of cute places in our years coming to the Seagrove area, but Ali is by far the most proactive, responsive host we’ve ever had! Grateful to know her and have had a chance to stay in this spot. Will definitely be back!

Such a joy to stay here - the condo was smaller than other options locally but had all of our needs - extra linens for the pull out couch, small extras for doing laundry/dishes and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking! The beach accessories were perfect for the 5 minute walk including the beach cart AND the bikes. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool was right around the corner. Honestly, for our family, to find an affordable, nice condo is such a prime location in 30A was so valuable so we could enjoy the area. The location to the beach/coffee/pizza/bikes were all walkable and enjoyable. Our host was communicative, incredibly responsive and let us know when the place was available for early check in after a super long drive. Thank you!

We had an amazing spring break. This townhouse is in a perfect location, quiet and secluded, but yet a few steps from the beach in great restaurants. Great space for families for kids to go outside and enjoy a bike ride, swim at the pool or play tennis. The place was clean and inviting. Also, had a beautiful wooded backyard with plenty of trails.
